stc Group announced record financial results for 2025, posting revenue of SR77.8 billion ($20.7 billion), a 2.5 percent increase compared to the previous year. The Saudi telecom leader said the figures mark the highest revenue in its history.
The company increased its net profit by 12.5 percent after removing one-time items, indicating it is on track with its long-term growth plan. Gross profit rose to SR37.7 billion, and operating profit reached SR14.4 billion. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and zakat stood at SR24.5 billion, recording 6.1 percent growth after adjustments.
The company’s board approved a dividend of SR0.55 per share for the fourth quarter of 2025, in line with its policy.
CEO Olayan bin Mohammed Alwetaid said the results show the group’s ability to deliver sustainable profit growth while diversifying income and strengthening digital infrastructure. He noted that stc expanded its 5G network to more than 10,800 sites and extended fiber services to 3.75 million homes. The company also conducted the region’s first trial in the 7 GHz band as it prepares for 6G technologies.
Beyond telecom services, stc expanded STC Bank’s customer base to more than 8 million users. It signed strategic agreements to build artificial intelligence-focused data centers with a capacity of up to one gigawatt and issued $2 billion in sukuk, which were oversubscribed more than four times.
The group also invested in talent development through programs such as stc Academy and supported national initiatives, including sponsoring the Human Capability Initiative conference.
In sustainability, stc improved its MSCI rating to AA and received a five-star EFQM certificate. According to the Brand Finance 2026 report, the company ranked as the strongest brand in the Middle East and among the top ten global telecom brands, reinforcing its position as a leading regional digital enabler.
