EY has launched Studio+ in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), expanding its global offering aimed at helping organisations transform customer experiences in an AI-driven economy. The launch took place at EY MENA’s regional headquarters in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh and was attended by senior leaders from across sectors.

Studio+ is designed to support governments and businesses as they redesign services, improve customer journeys, and unlock new growth. The platform brings together more than 200 specialists across the MENA region in areas such as design, marketing, sales, and customer experience. These teams are connected to EY’s global network of over 7,000 professionals.

EY said the MENA Studio+ team is expected to grow by 500% by 2030, reflecting the region’s rapid economic expansion and focus on digital transformation. The offering integrates design, technology, data, and commercial insight to deliver end-to-end transformation for clients.

Abdulaziz Al-Sowailim, EY MENA Chairman and CEO, said organisations across the region are under pressure to move faster as governments and businesses work to meet ambitious economic goals. He noted that Studio+ brings together global capabilities and strong regional understanding to help organisations deliver impact at speed.

During the launch event, EY signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi telecom company STC. The agreement aims to deepen collaboration and support ecosystem-led innovation across the Kingdom.

Omar Odeh, EY MENA Consulting Leader, said customer experience has become a key source of competitive advantage across sectors such as banking, energy, and government. He added that Studio+ helps clients move beyond strategy to deliver real, measurable results.

Serkan Memisoglu, EY MENA Studio+ Leader, said the new platform combines human-centred design, AI-powered technology, and commercial insight to turn bold ideas into outcomes. EY said Studio+ represents a shift in how experiences are designed, delivered, and scaled across the region.
