In Australia, organisations need to bring together digitally skilled younger professionals with experienced workers who have built the industry over many years. In Japan, technology should respect the country’s tradition of Monozukuri, where craftsmanship and quality remain central. In this environment, technology should strengthen existing practices rather than replace them.
